Refunds and Cancellations

At Parati, we strive to create quality software that you enjoy using for your business or professional life. You have a number of choices, and we appreciate you giving us your business. Thank you.

This policy outlines what we will do should we fail to meet your expectations.

Monthly Subscriptions

If at any time during your first month using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us at team@zynth.ai. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a workaround, or give a timeline for a solution that meets your needs. If you're still not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase and downgrade your account to the free plan, provided the request is raised within 30 days.

Annual Subscriptions

We do not require an annual subscription as a condition to use our services. In exchange for a full-year commitment, we offer a significant discount over the monthly rate. If you're dissatisfied within the first 30 days, contact us at team@zynth.ai. If we can’t meet your expectations, we will offer a FULL REFUND and downgrade your account to the free plan, within 30 days of your refund request.

Ongoing Contract Satisfaction

We want you to be satisfied throughout your contract. If we remove or break functionality that existed when you subscribed, notify us at team@zynth.ai. If we can't resolve the issue or provide a workaround, you’ll receive a PRO-RATED REFUND for the remaining contract period, within 30 days of your request.

Partial Downgrade of Annual Subscription

During your annual subscription, you may choose to reduce licenses, downgrade plans, or remove add-ons. In such cases, you will receive credits as subscription extensions for active licenses. Discounts applied during purchase are excluded from credit calculation.

Formula: unused license value = total paid amount − (monthly list price × months used)

Auto-Renewal

For your convenience, subscriptions renew automatically. Before renewal, you’ll receive an email with the amount to be charged. After renewal, we’ll send a receipt detailing the charge and next renewal date.

Grace Period After Renewal

If you forgot to cancel before renewal, you can still cancel within five business days. We’ll process your cancellation and issue a FULL REFUND within 30 days of your request.
