These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the AI-powered productivity and collaboration software provided by Parati Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Parati", "we", "our", or "us"), including the Zynth platform and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Zynth provides AI-powered productivity and workflow automation tools designed to help individuals and organizations manage communication, documents, meetings, and business operations. Features may include:
Services may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time.
To provide certain features, Zynth may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Slides, Google Docs, Google Drive and other authorized services. When you connect a third-party account:
Zynth uses artificial intelligence systems to analyze and process data you provide or authorize access to. AI features may generate text, summaries, drafts, or insights, organize information across connected services, and suggest actions or workflows.
You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Outputs should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before using it.
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to the Services ("User Data"). By using the Services, you grant Parati a limited license to access, process, store, and analyze User Data solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Services, improving service functionality, and enabling AI-powered features requested by you. We do not sell user data. Handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, ensure you have the right to grant access to any connected accounts or data, and use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may not use the Services to:
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
If your account is part of an organization, organization administrators may control account access and settings. Administrators may access or remove user data associated with organizational accounts. Parati is not responsible for internal organizational management or access decisions.
Certain features may be offered as Beta Services or Free Trials. These may be experimental, change without notice, and contain errors or interruptions. Beta features are provided without warranties of any kind.
Paid Services are offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Pricing and billing cycles will be presented at purchase. Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction. We may modify pricing with prior notice.
Refunds may be available as follows:
Partial plan downgrades may be provided as service credits. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
Accounts that remain unpaid or inactive for 60 days may be suspended or deleted after prior notice. Users are responsible for exporting any required data before account closure.
Data may be processed or stored in multiple regions depending on infrastructure and service performance. By using the Services, you consent to such data transfers.
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, branding, and documentation, belong to Parati Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. The names Zynth and Parati and associated logos are protected trademarks.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Parati does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free functionality, or complete accuracy of AI-generated outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parati's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the greater of: ₹5,000, or the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Parati shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parati from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or unauthorized access to third-party data or accounts.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated, the Services are misused, legal or security risks arise, or accounts remain inactive or unpaid. Users may request account deletion at any time.
We may update these Terms periodically. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
