Zynth uses Google API Services to enable integrations with Google Workspace products, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Slides, Google Docs, and Google Drive. Zynth's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- Google user data is used only to provide features requested by the user.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
- We do not use Google Workspace data to train or improve generalized AI or machine learning models.
- Access to Google data occurs only after explicit user authorization via OAuth.
5. Google OAuth Permissions
Depending on the features used, Zynth may request the following Google permissions:
Google Slides
Scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/presentations
Purpose: Allows the Service to create, edit, and refine Google Slides content using AI features.
Limitation: Zynth accesses only the presentations that the user selects or interacts with.
Google Drive (drive.file)
Scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
Purpose: Allows the Service to create or manage files generated by Zynth.
Limitation: Zynth can access only files created by the application or explicitly selected by the user.
Google Drive (Full Access)
Scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive
Purpose: Used to enable collaboration and AI processing for a specific presentation or document when the user triggers certain features.
Limitation: We access only the file actively opened or selected by the user and do not scan or index the user's entire Drive.
Trigger: Access occurs only when the user explicitly activates a feature (for example, generating slides or refining content).
6. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To manage your account and authentication
- To deliver AI-powered productivity features
- To analyze usage and improve product performance
- To communicate service updates and notifications

7. AI Processing
Zynth uses artificial intelligence systems to process content and data you provide or authorize access to. AI processing may include summarizing content, drafting communications, organizing documents, generating presentations, and extracting insights from user data. All processing is performed solely to deliver features requested by the user. AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use.

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

We:
- access only data necessary to perform the requested action
- do not access data without user authorization
- do not use such data for advertising or unrelated purposes
In some cases, technical data (such as logs or identifiers) may be processed for operational purposes but is not used as part of core product functionality and is retained only as necessary.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users may request deletion of their data at any time.

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can remove the information.
15. International Data Transfers
